The other day I wrote about a friend of mine who is having a Job-like series of extreme challenges. Last night, one of his children tried to commit suicide for the second time in less than a week. Fierce prayers, please, for “Job” and his family.
I just can’t think about writing anything else right now.

And that is how my son died last year. Enveloping this young man and his family in prayer.

Thank you for your prayers. They will mean a great deal to “Job” and they do to me, too.

Paul, We will add both “Job” and his son to our prayer list. It seems to have a lot of young people in peril.

I’m so sorry to hear that, what a tragedy and heartache for him and the family. My prayers for them all. As you’ve heard me say in the past, the level of unhappiness felt by many of today’s youth is one of my greatest fears as my son grows older.
