Today the world lost one of its finest citizens.
Miguel Arias finally lost his battle with stomach cancer and leaves behind his wife Alma and young daughter Betsaida.
Miguel worked for Loyola Press from 2003 until 2011, when he moved to take on a new position with Liturgical Training Publications. He returned to the Press a few weeks ago to celebrate our completion of a project he’d worked on and he was greeted with a standing ovation.
Everyone loved him. And I mean everyone. He was charm personified and he treated each person with complete respect. Today is a sad day for Loyola Press and for the thousands of people whose lives were enriched by Miguel’s presence.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.
