Many of you loved The Piano Guys the last time. Because it’s Monday morning, here’s another dose to help us put some zip in our steps.
This one is a combination of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” and “Simple Gifts.”
Enjoy!

Muchos gracias. I needed something uplifting this morning. I suspect a week or trial and tribulation looms.
Have a good week one and all.
Wishing you well dear Simon!
Embrace it head on Simon, remember… Sunday’s coming
Simon, you are held in caring thoughts and prayers.
Courage, Simon
As always, you are in the prayers of many!
Thanks for all the good wishes. I saw the words of wisdom later and it said; “if you are irritated by every rub, how will your mirror ever be polished – Rumi”
I suspect my mirror is particularly smudged
Simon,
I echo the good wishes of all the others. Remember that how you choose to define an experience will help to shape it. What about thinking of it as a week of great challenges?
Or am I being too Pollyanna-ish?
Paul
That was a fine way to start the week – thank you!
Fran,
Je vous en prie!
Paul
Yes, thanks for sharing with us on a Monday. Loved the enthusiasm of the artists, particularly the cello player!
Have a great week everyone.
Bob,
Isn’t enthusiasm great?
Paul
Love this duo, will have to share this one, many thanks.
Let’s go get ‘em everyone
Tim,
What are we supposed to get for them?
Paul
This is a great way to begin the day. Thank you
Music to celebrate my Birthday.
I love the smiles on their faces.
The piano guys are amazing.
Happy birthday to Carol…And many more!
May you enjoy God’s presence today and always.
Happy Birthday! Many blessings today and throughout the year.
Happy birthday, Carol!
Thanks for the blessing and wishes.
Many blessings on your birthday Carol!!
A belated happy birthday Carol. I hope it was a joy filled one.
Carol,
I can’t believe that, as usual, I am a day late and a dollar short when it comes to wishing you a happy birthday.
Paul
Cool!
That was a great way to start a Monday morning. If I’m not mistaken, I heard “Lord of the Dance” which is one of my favourites.
Have a fantastic week, everyone.
You’re not mistaken, Lynda. The melody for “Lord of the Dance” is based on the Shaker song “Simple Gifts.” Several other composed have “borrowed” that same lovely tune, including Copland for a ballet and John Williams for a presidential inauguration. It is one of my favorites, too.
Lynda,
It’s Tuesday and so far my week has been fairly fantastic. Let’s hope it holds up!
Paul

Phil,
I deserve no thanks, but thanks anyway!
Paul
Thanks for this. It was truly uplifting. I watched the Coldplay – Paradise (Peponi) video and WOW! These guys are so great!! I look forward to the other videos. God blesses us in such wonderful ways, giving us the fruit of their labors. A real gift! A real joy!
Helen,
I’m glad that you experienced joy. It is the best.
Paul
even at the end of a long Monday was wonderful thank you
Paula,
Good. I’m happy for you.
Paul
One of my very favorite hymns! Ironically, I watched this upon returning from my daughter’s strings concert (2nd and 3rd graders) and as I was watching the one playing strings play his various instruments, it occurred to me that he started at that level too! Pretty cool…you just have to start and stick with it!
Just lovely!
Annette,
What a great message to take from that video. Thank you.
Paul
I love the Piano Guys ♥
Hello, Paul and all, am just preparing my morning meditation on the Nativity of John the Baptist and was poking around looking for inspiration and found this.. My two cats are here. One being tortured by birds at the window and the sick one in my lap who has walked up the stairs for the first time in weeks, all silenced and awed by the music and the Spirit this Sunday am….thank God and thank you
